I switched from cigarettes (had smoked for over 40 years) to vaping over 3 years ago and have always used the USA Gold e-liquid. It has a good 'cigarette' type taste which made it easier to switch and I've not had a cigarette since. I've occasionally alternated with the odd fruit flavours over the years but now stick to the tobacco flavour of USA Gold.

I've been using Vapouriz' USA gold e-liquid for several years - running at 6mg and mixed with Vapouriz' blueberry e-liquid (also at 6mg), it's weirdly the closest match I could find to the flavour of my old Gitanes/Gauloise cigarettes. It's kept me off the fags for five years now!
