How dispatch works
- Place your order online and note your order reference.
- Message our live chat (or email [email protected]) to receive payment details and complete payment.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched with tracking emailed to you.
Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. All deliveries are intended for adults: by ordering you confirm the recipient is 18 or over.
Delivery FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
We pick and pack seven days a week. Orders confirmed as paid before 2pm AEST are usually dispatched the same day; orders after that leave the next day. Remember that payment is completed via live chat after you place your order, so the dispatch clock starts once payment is confirmed.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow it door to door on the courier's website. If tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
Yes, standard shipping delivers to PO boxes and parcel lockers Australia-wide. Express deliveries requiring a signature need a street address.
Do you deliver to regional and remote areas?
We deliver to every state and territory. Remote and regional addresses may add 1 to 3 business days to the estimates above.
What if I'm not home?
For standard parcels the courier will leave your order in a safe place or card you for collection. Express parcels are signed for, so they'll be taken to the nearest collection point if nobody is home.
