Aspire Zelos M80 Vape Kit

The Aspire Zelos M80 Vape Kit combines power, versatility, and elegant design in a compact, all-in-one system that’s ideal for both mouth-to-lung (MTL) and restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) vaping. Powered by an integrated 2600mAh battery, the Zelos M80 offers up to 80W of adjustable output, giving you full control over your vaping style.

The kit features a 0.96" TFT colour screen with adjustable brightness, intuitive navigation, and five output modes: Variable Wattage, Variable Voltage, Bypass, Temperature Control, and CPS (Customisable Power Setting). Dual LED indicators with selectable light effects add a personal touch, while Aspire’s ASP chipset delivers essential safety protections including short circuit, overcharge, and overheat protection.

Paired with the Nautilus 3SR Tank, the Zelos M80 benefits from Aspire’s slide-lift top-fill system for quick refills and a precision bottom airflow control for fine-tuning draw resistance. Compatible with the full Nautilus Series coil range (and Triton Mini Clapton coils), it supports everything from low-wattage MTL to warmer RDL vaping. The kit includes two coils - a 0.3ohm Nautilus Mesh and a 1.8ohm Nautilus BVC - plus a spare glass tube, spare drip tip, and O-rings for long-term reliability.

The Nautilus 3SR Tank can be converted from a TPD-compliant 2ml e-liquid capacity, to a 5ml capacity by removing an internal silicone sleeve within the tank.

We recommend pairing the coils in this kit with the following E-Liquid:
0.3ohm Nautilus Mesh Coil Pre-Installed pair with - High VG E-Liquid (Sub-ohm) ONLY
1.8ohm Nautilus BVC Coil pair with - 50/50 (Freebase), High PG or Nic salt E-Liquid

Please note:
To improve the performance and longevity of your new Coils, always prime them with your chosen e-liquid before inserting into your device 'Priming’ simply means wetting the exposed cotton or similar wicking material with e-liquid before use. This helps prevent dry hits and burning the coil should it fail to soak up e-liquid properly before firing the vape device. Once you've primed your pod, attached it to your device, allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before vaping.
